Project Details
The district boiler house currently has a total capacity of 400 Gcal/h, making it a critical source of heat supply during winter for 500 residential houses, 76 departmental buildings, and 60 social institutions including kindergartens, schools, and hospitals in the Borshchagivka area. Furthermore, during the summer months, the boiler house also provides hot water to approximately 1,000 houses in both Borshchagivka and Vidradny.
The reconstruction project requires private investments to fund the implementation of cogeneration equipment, infrastructure upgrades, and the necessary technical enhancements. Financial analysis reveals a strong potential for attractive returns on investment, considering the long-term energy demand and the positive impact on operational efficiency and cost savings. Ukrainian Marshall will be able to release additional grants from international funds to make the investment even more attractive.
Investing in the reconstruction of the district boiler house “Mykylska Borschagivka” offers a compelling opportunity to contribute to the improvement of Kyiv’s heating infrastructure while ensuring energy efficiency, reliability, and environmental sustainability. This investment aligns with the city’s commitment to modernize its energy systems and offers potential for long-term financial gains.
To secure the investment, we are in talks about assurances from the Ukrainian government for private investors.
