Project Details

Industrial complex is located in the district center settlement of Borodyanka, Kiev region. The former excavator plant offers significant potential for various industrial activities. It is strategically positioned adjacent to the Warsaw highway, providing the most direct route to Poland. Additionally, the complex features a railway line equipped with a loading/unloading crane, enhancing its logistical capabilities.

Situated on a sizable land plot spanning 22 hectares, the complex boasts a substantial area of non-residential buildings totaling 76,479 square meters. The premises and structures within the complex have varying heights, ranging from 3 to 12 meters. The peak length of the object measures 480 meters, while the peak width reaches 530 meters.

The complex’s advantageous location places it a mere 900 meters (approximately 5 minutes) away from the M-07 Varshavka highway, facilitating efficient transportation and connectivity. Furthermore, it is approximately 40 kilometers (50 minutes) from the Kyiv Ring road, enhancing accessibility to regional and national transportation routes. The complex is conveniently situated within the regional center of Borodyanka, ensuring proximity to key amenities and services.
