We are introducing a pioneering initiative to establish the first investment fund dedicated to the reconstruction of Ukraine. Our team comprises investment and real estate experts who can identify optimal investment opportunities within the Ukrainian landscape. These opportunities span across diverse sectors, including industrial parks and logistics centers in Western Ukraine, gated housing complexes in Kyiv and the western regions, innovative Ukrainian producers, highly fertile agricultural lands, and IT service centers for international companies. To ensure the most favorable legal framework for investors, the fund will be based in Luxembourg.

The fund will be launched in October, with a minimum investment requirement of 100,000 EUR. As an evergreen fund, it will consistently distribute dividends to investors at the end of each year.
