Project Details

With a substantial school-age population of nearly 18,000 students and a growing demand for high-quality education, this project promises significant returns. The school-age population in Irpin presents a remarkable market, with approximately 1,500 children entering first grade each year before the war. The influx of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) has further contributed to a steady increase in the number of students. Currently, there is an unsatisfied need for educational institutions, with demand exceeding supply by over 30%.

Designed to blend functionality, comfort, efficiency, and ecological sustainability, the school will be an immersive educational environment situated alongside a picturesque river and forest. The architectural layout is thoughtfully integrated with the surrounding landscape, creating multifunctional school yards that foster a sense of community. In line with Finnish educational practices, the school prioritizes outdoor spaces and plans to feature a swimming pool—an unprecedented offering in Irpin. Additionally, an assembly hall accommodating 300 seats and state-of-the-art laboratories will enhance the school’s academic program.
