Project Details

Reconstruction of the Aleksandrivska Clinical Hospital in Kyiv, which includes the construction of a garage (Parking) on Shovkovychna Street. The plot of land, approximately 0.7 hectares in size, is located in the Pechersk district of Kyiv within the territory of the Oleksandrivska Clinical Hospital.

The building area is 3950 m2, with entry and exit to the multi-story open parking lot from the western and southern sides of the site. The parking lot has two separate entrances and exits, accessed via a two-track ramp. The project proposes a cascade parking design to accommodate the site’s uneven terrain while preserving the slope’s topography.

The existing building (entrance group) of the hospital will be reconstructed and integrated into the newly built parking building, allowing for safer traffic flow and a transfer of check-in/check-out to St. Mechnikova Street. The parking building includes a main parking area with a park area and observation deck on the roof, creating a unified space with the existing recreational area and church.

The lower passage building will remain within its original perimeter and volume, with an extension of the parking building and the addition of a protective canopy that serves as an observation deck. The parking structure is open type, with 5 floors: floors 1, 2, 3, and 4 designated for parking and the 5th floor housing the medical building. The parking lot provides 317 car spaces.

The total area of the building is 13,020 m2, including multifunctional premises (390 m2), medical premises (2080 m2), parking spaces (9995 m2), a pharmacy (165 m2), technical parking spaces (65 m2), an entrance group (220 m2), and a corridor (20 m2).
